In addition to the Limited Lifetime Warranty, purchases made on PolarPro’s online store include a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee; if you aren’t happy with your product you can return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for your money back. Need to set up a return?

Terms
- All returns should include a dated proof of purchase with description of product sold. Items bought from unauthorized resellers will not be covered under warranty.
- Products returned within 60 days will receive a full refund or replacement.*
- Products returned after 60 days will receive store credit or replacement.
- Discontinued products can be returned for a product that supersedes the discontinued model or for store credit.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
*Refunds can only be applied to PolarPro online store purchases.
International Returns
If returning a product internationally, it is up to the sender to pay the associated shipping costs. In the event that a product is defective, please reach out to our support team for additional return instructions so that we may receive the warranty shipment properly.
Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s).
If a product was originally purchased from a local store, we are happy to work with that store to arrange a return or replacement. Please let our support team know if this is the case.
Note
Customs fees are considered a normal part of international shipments and are determined locally at the time of import. PolarPro is unable to provide reimbursements for customs fees on any shipment.
